Winter brings an important news in the Bleu Blanc Mer restaurant : every Friday evenings, from 18.30 to 22, and until March 2009, our specialist in charge of oysters receive you for a seafood plate tasting. He has specially prepared a menu for these events that you can see by clicking on this link (in french).

Last Saturday, in the forest golf course, took place the Bleu Blanc Mer restaurant's competition.

This competition went off under a mild weather, without wind or rain. A perfect weather to play golf.

The results were as good as the weather and the quality of the golf course, especially well prepared by the Open Golf Club Team.

The awards took place rue de Londres, at the house of Beatrice and Gilbert Fauquembergue, the nice owners of the restaurant, with great gifts for the winners. This awards ended by a gorgeous cocktail buffet allowing the participant to taste the cuisine quality.

The results :

1st Gross score : Michel Lansiaux and Caron David.
1st Net score : Vandesompele Christiane and Vandesompele Paul André.

This year, The restaurant Bleu Blanc Mer has selected some hand-crafted shrimp cake from Belgium and, our favorite, a wine choice of the Domaine de Figuière. We always select our products with great attention in order to offer you a service of quality. The Saint Valentine menu for the 14 February (you can discover it just after) will be served with a "Pommery" champagne bottle (special Saint Valentine vintage) and with a little surprise offered. Finally, we inform you that the Touquet's enduro will take place the 2 and 3 February 2008 and that an article about Bleu Blanc Mer has been released in the "Pas-de-Calais Gourmand".
